
If a license key does not validate, the fix is usually straightforward.
- Invalid key: re-copy the key and remove any extra spaces.
- Site limit reached: free a site slot in your account or move to a higher plan.
- Plan looks outdated on the site: click Refresh license status.
- Paid or trial features still missing: make sure the separate UpWiz Pro add-on is installed from My Licenses.
- Connection error: check outbound HTTPS access to
api.upwiz.app.
If the site still refuses to sync, contact support with the exact status shown in Account & plan.
