Install and Activate

UpWiz onboarding modal on first activation

You can install UpWiz like any other WordPress plugin. After activation, open Dashboard → UpWiz to review pending plugin updates.

Requirements #

  • WordPress 5.8 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher

Install steps #

  1. Go to Plugins → Add New.
  2. Search for UpWiz and click Install Now.
  3. Click Activate.

If you were given a ZIP file, use Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin instead.

Next step #

If you want AI analysis or plan-based features, register a free key during onboarding or enter an existing key in UpWiz → Settings → Account & plan → License & sync.
