
If AI analysis, license validation, or plan sync is not working, the problem is often connectivity rather than the feature itself.
What to check #
- Your host allows outbound HTTPS requests to
api.upwiz.app. - A firewall or security plugin is not blocking UpWiz.
- Your SSL setup and server time look normal.
- UpWiz → Settings → Site health & data shows a successful connection check.
If the connection still fails, contact your host or UpWiz support with the failing check result and the exact error message you see.
