- No key or invalid key: validate or refresh your key in Account & plan.
- No AI allowance left: wait for the next monthly reset or move to a higher plan.
- No usable release notes: this can happen with some premium plugins. Review the vendor release notes directly.
- Connection problem: run the checks in Site health & data.
If the issue keeps happening, capture the plugin name, version, and any error message or screenshot before you contact support.
