Backup and Rollback is the recovery side of UpWiz.
How it helps #
- UpWiz can create a restore point before a plugin update.
- You can roll back to a previous plugin version if an update causes trouble.
- Pro can also roll back automatically when an automated update fails safety checks.
How to use it #
Go to UpWiz → Settings → Backups & rollback → Rollbacks to review restore points. Manual rollback requires an active Trial or Pro plan.
Restore points are useful for plugin recovery, but they are not a substitute for a full-site backup strategy.
